In one-on-one therapy sessions, you will be provided personalised support and guidance to help with well-being. These sessions typically involve a confidential and collaborative relationship between the therapist and the client.

Mental Health
Psychology sessions focus on understanding and addressing various aspects of mental health, emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. The psychologist helps clients explore their feelings, thoughts, and experiences to gain insight into their challenges and develop strategies for personal growth and positive change.
Behaviour Analysis
Behaviour analysis emphasise the principles of behaviour and learning. This way, we work with clients to identify and modify behaviours that may be causing distress or interfering with their daily lives. Techniques used include functional behaviour assessment, behaviour modification, and reinforcement strategies to help clients develop new skills, reduce problematic behaviours, and improve overall functioning.


Holistic Approach
Both psychology and behaviour analysis aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals (children and adults) to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. The therapist/analyst works collaboratively with the client to set goals, develop coping strategies, and promote positive changes in their lives as a whole. The duration and frequency of sessions may vary depending on the individual's needs and therapeutic plan.
Evidence-Based Approaches
Some evidence-based therapeutic approaches used in session include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Applied Behaviour Analysis and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or mindfulness-based techniques to address specific concerns.
