Mental Health

Psychology sessions focus on exploring your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours to gain insight into your challenges. Together, we develop personalised strategies for growth, resilience, and positive change.
Behaviour Analysis
Behaviour analysis applies principles of behaviour and learning to identify patterns that may cause distress or interfere with daily life. Using techniques such as functional behaviour assessment and reinforcement strategies, we work together to develop new skills, reduce problematic behaviours, and improve overall functioning.

Holistic Approach
Both psychology and behaviour analysis offer a safe, supportive environment for individuals to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Together, we set goals, develop coping strategies, and promote lasting positive change. Session frequency and duration vary based on your unique needs and therapeutic plan.
Evidence-Based Approaches
I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques — tailored to your specific needs.
