Alexandra Held is an Australian and New Zealand Registered Psychologist and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, with experience in individual therapy, group therapy, behavioural analysis and corporate wellness. She integrates principles of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) along with therapy modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). With further studies focused on ACT and CBT, she is committed to offering comprehensive, tailored interventions to address a wide range of concerns.
