Expertise & Approach

Drawing on my training and experience, I integrate principles of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) along with therapy modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). With further studies focused on ACT and CBT, I am committed to offering comprehensive, tailored interventions to address a wide range of concerns.

Services Offered

Individual Therapy

In my individual therapy sessions, I work collaboratively with clients to address behaviours of concern such as:

 

  • Excessive worry or rumination

  • Avoidance behaviours

  • Compulsive rituals or behaviours

  • Impulsivity or hyperactivity

  • Social withdrawal or isolation

 

I also work and have interest in the following areas: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, ASD, and Relationship difficulties.

My goal is to empower individuals to overcome these challenges, develop coping skills, and achieve their personal goals.

Organisational Support

For organisations, I provide workshops and consulting services aimed at decreasing behaviours of concern, increasing skills, and improving team dynamics. Whether it's enhancing communication, managing stress, or fostering a positive work culture, I am dedicated to facilitating positive change within organisations.

Language Capabilities

Sessions are available in both English and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychological science and eventually a full time job. As a registered Psychologist and Behaviour Analyst, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients, increase productivity of organisations and go above and beyond to cater to their needs.

 

I  work diligently to help my clients gain skills they require to live a more meaningful life that is in line with their values and achieve their goals. I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.
