Each session is charged by the hour and generally takes an hour. If extra time is required, this will be discussed with the client.

This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, behaviours of concern (e.g., impulsivity/hyperactivity, increase behaviours and skills, decrease behaviours of concern), motivation, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress management, and self-esteem issues. Our therapists utilise evidence-based approaches to address these issues and help clients achieve meaningful change.
