She integrates principles of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) along with therapy modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). With further studies focused on ACT and CBT, I am committed to offering comprehensive, tailored interventions to address a wide range of concerns.
